An exciting opportunity to support and promote inclusive housing
Lifetime Homes Co-ordinator
c. £50,000
This is a 12 month contract with possible extension.
Hours: 35 hours per week, London
The post will be based at Habinteg Housing Association, which promotes and administers Lifetime Homes.
Lifetime Homes are about flexibility and adaptability; they are ordinary homes incorporating 16 design criteria that improve accessibility and can be applied to all new homes.
This unique promotional and technical advice role will appeal to someone with a background in housing design and development, and the ability to persuade and deliver results. You will be dealing with varied groups and interests, including private developers, architects, housing associations, local authorities, voluntary organisations and government bodies.
Qualification Level: Relevant degree plus demonstrable housing design experience
