NRAC Conference 2019 – Noise an invisible barrier to accessibility

Posted on 19th July 2019 by NRAC Administrator

We are delighted to announce our third speaker for the 2019 conference is Andrea Harman of Ecophon. Andrea will discuss the challenges posed by noisy environments; grounded in research she will use audio and visual information to discuss the causes and impacts of a poor sound environment and how we might address them to encourage greater interaction and inclusion.

Once again taking place at Coin Street Conference Centre, Andrea is the third speaker to be announced, joining Martin Burgess and the ever popular Chris Fry of Fry Law.  It’s already proving popular and we have more speakers soon to be announced so please book soon to avoid disappointment!

This event is the most well attended event focusing on accessibility and inclusive design in the built environment. As those who have attended over the past few years will know, this is a real highlight in the year for all professionals interested in access and inclusive design. It builds on previous years sell out events and promises once again to provide informative speakers and great networking.
