How far does the new Building Safety Act and associated Building Regulations go for Vulnerable Persons in High rise buildings and other building types and is Vulnerable Persons an appropriate term to use?
Paul will explore these evolving issues and include collaborative discussion for ideas and comments to better understand the Inclusive Design issues associated.
