I have over 20 years experience in the construction and access profession, having delivered accessibility projects for Gwent police, HRH the Aga Khan, I have undertaken a massive rollout programme of accessibility audits for both major retail and hospitality chains across the UK delivering results that improved the accessibility and customer experience.

I am passionate about creating equity in all that we do as a society from physical access to the implantation of accessible and inclusive policies and practices in everything from education to employment.
