Helen is the Director of Access Included, Inclusive Designers based in London and Cardiff. She has over 40 years experience in inclusion, neurodiversity, property and surveying issues in a wide variety of sectors, globally.

Helen provides simple and fresh solutions to inclusion barriers, improving flexibility, productivity and well-being, reducing stress and absence rates in environments. Access included recognises the benefits of diverse and neurodiverse teams, groups and individuals. Helen has completed research on inclusion in the public realm, including global active travel and within inclusion for all specialises in neurodiversity, neuroscience, biophilic and multi-sensory design.
