With a background in Building Control, Lesly worked as Access Officer for a Local Authority for a number of years, working closely with the Access Group and Access Officer’s Association. She maintained her interest in access and inclusion in the following years, having a dual role in Building Control and Access Consultancy and a Senior Consultancy role within Arup’s Access and Inclusive Environments team. She has a particular interest in historic buildings, both personally and professionally. Lesly is the Access Consultant for a number of prominent building projects in Central London, merging historic building structures with new layouts and designs. Using her many years of experience in Building Control and a diverse range of projects, Lesly is keen to provide pragmatic, cost effective and inclusive solutions.
