Professional Summary

Martin has extensive international experience in residential and commercial projects both in the UK and Asia Pacific (when based in Australia). He has also worked on numerous major transport infrastructure projects, as well as health care premises. His background as a Chartered Building Surveyor, working in a statutory building control environment within both Local Authority and Approved Inspector format, enables him to provide both proactive and pragmatic advice on meeting the principles of the Equality Act. He also has considerable experience of auditing a large range of building types including: Health, Educational, Transport, Retail, Banking, Government, Heritage, Public Buildings, Hotels, Entertainment and Residential Care.

Martin has provided training on disability awareness for major companies and organisations in the UK and Australia. He has authored articles for professional organisations including the RICS and has also presented papers at International Inclusive Design Conferences.

Martin predominantly works in the South West and London areas however, he is open to work at other parts of the country.
